The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and made a great first impression with their friendly smiles. The free shuttle service to the city center was convenient, but the short walk was also enjoyable. The spacious room had a spectacular view from the balcony, making it a jaw-dropping experience. The woman at the reception was super friendly, offering us the option to book tours and ferry tickets. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its clean and comfortable atmosphere. The location was ideal, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff had good English skills, and the internet connection was excellent. our stay was amazing and we regret not planning a longer visit.

The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Good location, only about a 5 min drive from the pier and about 20 mins from the airport. Very good value for what we paid

The breakfast was satisfying with a good selection, including fried eggs and spicy stir-fried vegetables. the room had a balcony with a nice view. - the hotel is located in a quiet area by the river, offering a serene atmosphere.

The staff were excellant very helpful and friendly, the location was also good not to near the town yet close enugh to walk easily. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel was excellant.

A bit too far away from downtown for comfortable walk. Yuk tuk is difficult to get back to the hotel. Staff extremely helpful and can orgaanise future tours and accomodation. The hotel is very clean and breakfast very acceptable.

Huge and modern rooms. Impeccably clean bathroom. - Satisfactory breakfast with spicy stir-fried vegetables and fried eggs. - Exceptionally nice employees. - Favorable location close to the port. - Near Thailand and restaurants. - Great overall experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool facilities at the sister hotel were great and less than a 5 minute walk up the hill.

The hotel had cable TV, so we could binge-watch our favorite shows when we needed a break from all the adventures. Plus, the Wi-Fi was super fast, so we could instantly share our awesome pics on social media. And guess what? They even had board games to borrow! We had epic battles of Monopoly and Uno, making our stay even more fun.

The only thing we wished for was a happening nightlife nearby. The hotel was a bit far from the buzzing party scene, and we had to take a taxi to hit the best clubs and bars.
